• Your passport or valid ID: As per local regulations and for your security, we will need to see a valid form of identification for all guests. For international guests, a passport is required. For Indonesian citizens, a KTP (ID card) is sufficient.

• Your booking confirmation: Having a copy (digital or printed) of your reservation confirmation will help us quickly locate your booking details.

• The credit card used for booking (if applicable): If your reservation required pre-payment or a guarantee with a credit card, you may be asked to present the physical card used at check-in for verification purposes.

At Uma Sapna, we understand you might have specific preferences for your stay. We do offer a limited number of connecting villas, which are ideal for families or groups who wish to stay close. These are also subject to availability. If you require connecting villas, it is highly recommended to request this at the time of booking and confirm availability with our team.

Is airport pick-up available, and how do I get to Uma Sapna?

Airport Pick-up Service:

Yes, we do offer airport pick-up services for your convenience. To arrange this, please provide us with your flight details (airline, flight number, and estimated arrival time) at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Our team will be happy to coordinate your transfer.

Getting to Uma Sapna:

Uma Sapna is conveniently located in Seminyak, approximately 10-15 kilometers from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Here are your options for getting to us:

• Uma Sapna airport transfer (recommended): this is the most seamless and stress-free option, especially after a long flight. Our professional driver will meet you directly at the airport.

• Taxi/ride-sharing apps: taxis are readily available outside the airport terminal. You can also use ride-sharing apps like Grab or Gojek (though you might need to walk a short distance from the terminal to meet your driver due to airport regulations for these services).

• Rental car: If you plan on exploring Bali extensively, renting a car is an option. However, please note that traffic in Bali can be busy, and parking at Uma Sapna is limited.

Do you have family-friendly villas and a kids’ policy?

Yes, we absolutely welcome families!

Our Two-Bedroom Pool Villas are specifically designed with families in mind, offering spacious open-air living and ample room to relax. Each includes a master king bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds, plus a private pool or outdoor Jacuzzi. Some even have connecting doors for added convenience. You'll also find a full kitchen and BBQ grills in these villas.

Our Kids' Policy:

• Infants (0-1 years old): Stay free using existing bedding, and baby cots are complimentary upon request.

• Children (2-6 years old): Stay free when sharing existing beds with parents. Additional charge for daily breakfast.

• Extra Beds for hire available for Rp 650,000 per night, which includes breakfast.

We can provide high-chairs and some pool toys to make your little ones' stay more enjoyable. Babysitting services are also available for an additional charge.

Are private pools safe for children?

When it comes to private pools and children, safety is always our top priority at Uma Sapna.

However, it's important to note that our private pools do not have safety fences or alarms as a standard feature. Safety fences are available to hire at additional cost.

Therefore, active adult supervision is essential at all times when children are in or around the pool area. We strongly advise that children, especially young ones, are never left unsupervised near the pool.

For families with very young children, we recommend being particularly vigilant. If you have any specific concerns or require assistance with pool safety during your stay, please do not hesitate to speak with our team upon arrival or during your booking process. Your children's safety is paramount.

Is internet access free?

Yes. It is a complimentary usage of internet access throughout the resort area.
